Book review: 'That Dog!' is a hilarious and beautiful picture book

Penny and Pat are dog nappers who believe there's always a need for another dog in, That Dog! Despite numerous news articles describing them and offered rewards, they've never been caught; they're much too smart.

Or so they think.

Penny has one particular dog in mind for their next heist. She describes the dapper genius and sends Pat off to snatch him.

The only problem is, he's much too smart! Despite Pat's best intentions, he keeps stealing the wrong animals. Little do the criminals know that the dog they're after is setting a trap for them.
